Since all products in our store are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there is a printing error caused by our production partner.

2. Refund & Replacement Conditions

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

✅ The wrong item, size, or design was sent due to a production error.
✅ Your order is lost in transit and tracking information is unavailable after a reasonable waiting period.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
❌ Incorrect size selection by the customer.
❌ Slight color variations due to screen-to-print differences.
❌ Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • After 12 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.
